Beveling tools of BPP inner mounted pipe beveling machines can bevel different angles under customer requirement. Our tools are made of high-speed steel and applicable to process all types of carbon steel. Therefore, our BPP ID mounted pipe beveling machines are your best choice for processing small-diameter pipes from12.5mm to 240mm ID. up to a wall thickness of 18mm.
■ Made of lightweight and high-strength aeronautical aluminum material to ensure portability.
■ The machines are small and light since their main body is made of aviation aluminum and the sizes of all parts are optimized. The well designed expansion mechanism can realize quick and precise positioning, moreover, the machines are solid enough, with sufficient rigidity for the processing. A variety of available cutters enable the machines to process pipes of different materials and bevel ends with various angles and plain ends. Besides, the unique structure and its self-lubrication function endow the machines with long service life.

The tools attached to the products upon delivery are all made of high-speed steel and applicable to process all types of carbon steel. Their types are the five tools in the above diagram.
■ During installation, the tools should not touch the feed spindle and the expansion block.
■ The expansion block should not be stretched too deep into the pipe and keep about 20 mm from the pipe end face.
■ During processing, control the feed speed based on cutting conditions to avoid damage of blades and parts in the machine; In case of vibration of the machine or uneven bevel face, timely tighten the expansion hand wheel to prevent the looseness of the expansion, which may cause damages to the machine.

■ The machines should not be operated outdoors when it rains.
■ Before disassembly or replacement of cutting tools, please ensure the machines are cooled down to the safety temperature to prevent from burning.
■ It is strictly forbidden to transform the machines or replace accessories with those not produced by the original manufacturer without approval.
