We have three advantages:
Firstly, our fixed rings adopt imported aviation aluminum and moving rings use mold steel, which is better than the conventional mechanical properties of steel；tool slides use mold steel which has compact structure and small footprint. According to the market research, most fixed ring and moving coil businesses have used the ordinary 45 # steel with black surface,which is bulky and not durable, easy to fade and rust.
Secondly, Eccentric shafts use grinding processafter quenching,which not only retains the toughness of the shaft, but also gets a high precision, high hardness, high surface effect. Gear shafts use grinding process after quenching to ensure the accuracy of the tooth surface, the hardness and strength while grinding tooth root ends of the mounting shaft. As a result the gear shafts perform better than other products in terms of mounting accuracy and gear precision and boast less noise, more stable movement and longer life.
Thirdly, we use imported motors. Because using low price of motors result in underpower, rising temperature, ease to burn, high noise and short life.Using low price of air motors lead to high noise,ease to worn and poor stability.Using low price of hydraulic motors result in easy oil spill,poor heatresistance and instable output.
