SFM series are portable processing equipment for cutting, beveling and end prefabrication of various pipes, with which cutting and beveling can be conducted at the same time. The SFM Series manufactured by Bohyar cuts and bevels the pipe end or middle of pipe by clamping external wall, with processing diameter up to 2100 mm and maximum wall thickness of 100 mm. With an R&D history of nearly one hundred years, the product can process pipes or casings accurately, continuously and vertically.
The SFM Series of Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machines are widely used in long-distance transport pipeline, power plant, nuclear power, petroleum, chemical engineering, natural gas, boiler shop, pharmacy, pipe prefabrication plant, pipeline installation engineering, rush-repair work, etc. Our products play an important role in these fields.
We have sixteen standard split frame machines from 2'' to 84'' with three drive modes: pneumatic drive mode, hydraulic drive mode and electric drive mode. The processing range of our pneumatic machines is from 2''-18''. In addition, the processing range can be customized according to the pipe diameter. We have strong product customization capabilities to meet different customer needs.
We have three drive modes and they also have different technical parameters. The air requirements are 2-3m³/min. The hydraulic requirements are 65L/min, 10mpa. The electric requirements are 220V/AC. We adopt the star wheel system with 0.08mm/r feed amount. The finish is anodizing sand blasting. We have different packaging methods such as aluminum alloy, metal packing case or wooden box according to the different models of split frame machines.
■ Remove the driving device (pneumatic, electric or hydraulic) from the split frame machine;
■ Withdraw the tool slide; disassembly tool slide is not necessarily needed for storage of the machine;
■ Remove foreign matters from the machine such as metal debris and excess cooling agent;
■ Separate the machine into two parts, and check whether there is any metal debris on the bearing guiderail;
■ Drip few drops of rail lubricant on a felt wiper before storing the machine.
